All orders are shipped via courier from our warehouse in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
General Delivery Terms
Delivery Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Receipt of Goods: Deliveries require a signature or an OTP (sent to your registered mobile number) upon arrival. If you are unavailable, you may arrange for a family member or neighbor to sign, but Vrindaam takes no responsibility for goods received by an alternative person.
Damages & Shortages: Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for damages that occur after the delivery is completed.
Domestic Shipping (India):
Note: We ship across India, excluding select remote locations.
International Shipping:
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyer Responsibility: The customer (consignee) is solely responsible for ensuring the purchased products comply with their country’s import laws, including any limits on product quantity or weight.
Additional Fees: International shipping charges do not include customs duties, VAT, or local taxes. FedEx will clear the goods through customs on your behalf to ensure a seamless experience. However, if your country levies import taxes or duties, you are required to pay these directly to FedEx at the time of delivery. We cannot predict these charges beforehand.
Customs Rejections & Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders facing customs issues in the destination country, whether related to import bans, weight limits, or quantity restrictions. If a package is rejected by your local customs and returned to us, Vrindaam may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for the items only after deducting the original shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other processing fees incurred.
